What’s Included:

  •  Initial visual survey of the heat pump and system
  • Cleaning of the evaporator & condensate drain
  • Cleaning of any filters/strainers
  • Checking of expansion vessels
  • Checking of glycol levels
  • Servicing of the cylinder in line with part G3
  • Checking of system parameters including legionella cycle
  • Checking the efficiency of the system
  • Adjusting any parameters that may improve efficiency
  • Carry out any manufacturer-specific tasks
  • Carry out any inclusive remedial maintenance repairs
  • Advise customer of any non-inclusive recommendations
  • Completion of benchmark for heat pump warranty
  • Completion of cylinder G3 service record
  • Recording of settings and efficiencies
  • Service Report
