Complaints Procedure

At Joule Energy Solutions we will always strive to provide the very best service for all our valued customers. However, very occasionally, there might be an instance when a customer is not be 100% satisfied.



In order to ensure we are able to rectify any issues as promptly as possible, please read our Complaints Procedure below.

  • After any work has been completed, please inspect thoroughly in order to confirm that it has been finished to our customary high standard.
  • If you are not completely satisfied or have any issues, then please contact us as soon as possible by phone, email or in writing so that we can resolve your concerns.
  • We will always endeavour to respond to your complaint within 7 days of receiving it. If we are unable to rectify the issue, we will offer you a timeframe for the expected resolution.
